We live in a modern world where the food we eat is the main cause of ailments we suffer, where our ancestors lived healthily to full life span but we tend to live only half of it. We can't change our lifestyle but we can make it healthy by adding healthy foods to our diet. There are plenty of healthy foods native to each region we live in, but we eat only for taste forgetting the importance of healthy food. So here are few healthy ingredients to add to our diet

Flax seeds drink alone can constitute a healthy breakfast. Flax seeds should not be consumed raw if you want the whole nutrients, roasted flax seeds should be grounded or water boiled with flax seeds can be consumed for breakfast. All colors of capsicum/ Bell peppers have health benefits but the red color of bell pepper is said to have higher antioxidants, which helps to protect against diseases and different types of cancers. The bell pepper of all colors contains numerous vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and sulfur which makes the bell pepper anti-cancer food. The bell pepper is not spicy like chilies and pepper but it is a healthy ingredient when it comes to preventing ourselves against diseases and bell peppers are high in vitamin c which can cure iron deficiency
4. Guava leaves:
Guava can cure numerous ailments and helps to boost immunity and so does its leaves. Guava leaves alone are filled with vitamins, iron, and a powerful antioxidant called Lycopene, which helps to prevent and stop the risk of cancer by inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. Guava leaves can be consumed in the form of tea by boiling few leaves in water. The best time to consume them is an empty stomach. Guava leaves can also support better sleep and healthy sugar levels
